Tech Help for Watching Videos on Apple Products

If you're having problems viewing Divine Openings YouTube videos on your Apple device, phone, or iPad, try these steps, in order. We and others have found that they solve the problem quickly and easily:

1. Do the updates. 
Apple recently caused a problem with a bad update, so if that happens again, CALL APPLE! Tell them you want it fixed!

2. Try a Restart:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of your device until the red slider appears. Then drag the slider to turn your device completely off. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

3. Perform a Full Reset:

Do this only if the previous options don't work; reset your device as a last resort and only if you can't restart it. To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. Your device will re-boot in thirty seconds or so.

About "Full Reset" from Apple: "The iPhone offers reset options less drastic than 'Erase all Content and Settings.' The 'Reset all Settings' option keeps your apps and data but resets personal preferences and network settings. 'Reset Network Settings' removes any Wi-Fi network information, including connection passwords."
