Diamond Alignment and Divine Openings
Hi all!
I don't know if you have ever heard of Diamond Alignment. You can click on this link to find out about it: http://DiamondAlignment.Com. I was wondering if it is ok for me to receive Divine Openings Energy AND Diamond Alignment energy at the same time even though it says in the book that is not a good idea to mix different energies.
Yet, I feel drawn to both energies. I wonder why. I no longer receive other energies such as Reiki, etc.
I feel that watching the 6-minute Diamond Alignment video is as harmless and uplifting listening to Deva Premal's music.
Yet, I am not sure.
Please guide me. Thanks so much.

A suggestion
There is an entire slew of spiritual teachers, programs, tips , methods, blah blah blah. Some are worth exploring, most are not, lol.
The basic goal if you will is to return to a state of happieness. To do that effectively one must allow their own guidance to show them the way, seems simple, and it is, only if you allow it to be that way. Set the intention for this to be as easy as possible.
Make a list of things that would bring your heart joy and spend time each morning contemplating a few things at a time. Dont stress over it just simply be with it. This is the best use of your free will.
If you find that after some time things are not going as you had hopped, then ask for help and watch for what shows up.
Mixing Energy Modalities
There are many wonderful, but different energy modalities available these days. All of them carry different frequencies and vibrations. The reason that Lola suggests that you don't mix energy modalities is because when you do, you create interference patterns in your system that can reduce the positive effects of Divine Openings or even create negative effects. Think of it this way: listen to two of your favorite pieces of music, one at a time. Each sounds beautiful when played by themselves, but what happens if you play them at the same time? You most-likely will end up with a mixed up mess of notes! It doesn't work very well. The same thing happens when you mix other energy modalities with Divine Openings. You are actually blocking the benefit of one by introducing another.
Divine Openings is a very powerful set of frequencies that opens you to receive Divine Grace. Lola recommends that you spend six months with Divine Openings without mixing it with anything else. That way, you can get the full benefit of your experience.
