Send people to your website that came FREE with your basic distributorship. You log in at http://mxi.myvoffice.com
Get your own fun, easy to remember url that forwards to it, like www.lolaschocolatebliss.com is forwarded to mine (ask Crystal how). That video on the site helps you enroll people! There is no sales pressure needed in this biz.
You can sign people up right there on your website. Just click Graphical Tree, click where you want to place them to balance your legs, and have them give you their info as you walk through the process on the site, in person or on the phone.
In person you'll put signup sheets on clipboards, and have them fill them out, and enter it into the computer later.
When you have 4 people signing up at once at a tasting, at least 4 signup sheets on 4 clipboards are vital!

For starters, order:
1. DVD: It's a Beautiful Thing. Show it at tastings, and people will sign up! (It's on your website too.)
2. The business people will like the DVD: The Perfect Combination. It's more sales-y and gives more detail on the comp plan.
3. Get sign up sheets, and business cards.
You can do your signups online, but the forms are great for taking down the info at tastings to enter later.
At a tasting, have 5 forms on 5 clipboards so everyone can be signing up at once. Then you go back to your computer and decide how to stack them.

Click Events, then Meetings, or Recurring Meetings. Then search your state or country.
Go to THEIR tastings, and take your prospects. In this biz, people who are not in your line will help you.
They appreciate the crowds. You will learn SO MUCH by going! Seeing tastings done by more experienced people is GREAT.... I've been to 4 tastings now and it gets clearer, easier, and more fun each time you get on a call, or go to a tasting.
You can send your out of town prospects to a tasting in their area, and have them call you back to sign up!
Post YOUR own tastings on MXICorp.com. Log into your own Back Office: Click Events, then Schedule An Event. It will appear on the MXI site! Cool, huh? Then others will come and make your event more exciting. Call those other distribs in your area and plan things together. Get some community going. They don't care if you're in their line or not. People in this biz are high vibration. I called a millionaire distributor once, to ask about his very fancy website and he returned my call, told me how I could get one, and wished me well!

Hi Partners in Chocolate –
I just had to share this . . . As you know, I’ve been gettin’ ready to get ready (read: pushing paper and listening to training calls) for some time . . . For the first couple of months after becoming a Business Builder, I was really enthusiastic and made some contacts, but with procrastination, a busy life, increasing doubt about my abilities, and fear of rejection, (fill in the blank excuses) I didn’t follow up. Well, today I decided to call two people I met during the summer and one referral from a couple of months ago. The first two calls I made they said (I swear!), “Where have you been? I’ve been waiting for you to call . . .” Then the referral I called was busy, but she told me when to call back tomorrow and before we hung up she said, “I’m glad you called me. I’m really interested.” And I was done with the calls in about 15 minutes. So much for procrastination and fear of rejection! ~ Theresa
P.S. This financial crisis – as bad as we all may be feeling it in different ways -- really opens up the conversation about creating an income stream that is not dependent on jobs, 401(k)s, real estate or other investments, and traditional savings. Maybe we should focus our conversation and message on the income stream and not the chocolate and see what happens.
