Here's how to do an "Intensive" at home. Watch one video per day for any number of consecutive days. You can watch any number of them in a row. But ONCE YOU SKIP A DAY, YOU MUST STOP FOR 7 DAYS.   

When you watch and receive on consecutive days, it works like "one powerful intense Divine Opening". Once you stop, that "Divine Opening series" ends, and it begins assimilating. The cycle must be allowed to complete and you must stop for 7 days before continuing. More is not better at this point. You must follow this protocol.

If you take a 7 day break, simply begin again when you're ready and take up where you left off. You'll still get the Intensive effect.
